There’s nothing I love more than trying beauty and wellness products. Here are a few of my latest discoveries that I find myself constantly gravitating toward this month.

Frownies Facial Patches
My friend recommended these to me wrinkle-reducing patches, as she declared them a less expensive, natural Botox-alternative. Worn at night for 30 days, these patches work to train your muscles into a relaxed state as they smooth and soften any lines and wrinkles. Made with natural, unbleached kraft paper and a corn-derived adhesive, simply mist the patch with a rosewater spray and place over any lines and wrinkles. While they look a bit funny, over 100 years of results plus their Good Housekeeping Magazine approval (which I always trust!) says to me that its worth it.
De La Heart Lymphatic Drainage Body Tool
Remember my gua sha stone that uses lymphatic draining to lift and contour my face? Think of this wooden tool as a giant gua sha for your body. I use this daily (paired with my dry brush) for a routine that promotes blood circulation and reduces inflammation.
Revitalash ADVANCED Eyelash Conditioner
I’ve shared before that lashes are the most important part of my look, and as a former lash extension enthusiast, I’m always trying to achieve a major impact that doesn’t include two hours every few weeks getting them refilled.
I’ve used Revitalash in the past and was amazed at the results (see the pics!). All it takes is brushing the serum on once a day and a bit of time–it takes about three months of consistent use for a noticeable difference—for longer lashes. The formula works to nourish and moisturize while protecting against breakage with a blend of science-driven proprietary ingredients. It’s a bit pricey, but the tube does last a while and the results are totally worth it. However, once you discontinue use, your lashes will grow out with a normal lash cycle, so results aren’t permanent.
Here are the results I achieved the last time I used Revitalash within 2.5 months:
Not Pot CBD Gummies
These Not Pot CBD Gummies have been such a big part of my nighttime routine these past few months. I used to think that CBD didn’t do anything meaningful for me, but I am pretty sure it was because I was using it while I was already chilled out. While I mostly have my anxiety managed (thankfully. for now.), more often than not, when I try to sleep, I experience a lot of racing thoughts and the feeling like I’m going to jump out of my skin (anyone else?) and it’s really hard for me to unwind. But just one of these gummies 30 minutes before bed takes that all away and I’m able to sleep easily. I am loving the watermelon flavor right now, but pineapple is also delish. They often are sold out but restock pretty regularly. Also, how cute is the packaging?
The Beauty Crop Glow Milk Liquid Highlighter
It’s been a slow process, but I’m starting to get back into makeup routine—though somewhat modified and not the full look I would have given myself pre-quarantine, Much like getting dressed every day, putting on makeup has made me feel a bit better as I continue to work from home. I received The Beauty Crop’s Glow Milk in a beauty subscription box and have been hooked from day one. This super versatile, subtle glow is perfect to mix with foundation for an all-over glow or use as a highlighter. I’ve been also been using it on my lower lash line.
